Further information on prices
We recommend that you have cash in addition to your payment card, as internet or power outages cannot be ruled out in the mountains!
Lift operating hours: daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ticket office operating hours: daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
From 4:30 p.m., deposits for chips can be refunded at the machine at the main ticket office.
Children under 6 years of age: all-day ski pass CZK 100
Children are entitled to use the services until the day before they reach the age of 6, when accompanied by an adult.
Payment by credit card is possible.
Cash can be withdrawn from the ATM at the ČHS hotel.
The ski pass is valid for 1 person. This ski pass is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-SALEABLE. This ski pass must be purchased at the operator’s official ticket offices. If the operator finds that the ski pass is being used by more than one person or has been sold by a visitor to another interested party, the ski pass will be confiscated.
The operator reserves the right to check the validity of ski passes.
The operator is obliged to interrupt or terminate the operation of the lifts in the event of a power failure, bad weather conditions (strong wind, storm) and in the event of equipment failure. In these cases, there is no entitlement to compensation for unused fares and other costs.
